Veriforce is a provider of services. Veriforce provides assistance to pipeline operators by helping them comply with the Operator Qualification rule (49 CFR §192(N) and 49 CFR §195(G)). Veriforce relies on covered task descriptions and corresponding criteria provided by specific pipeline operator clients to document each evaluation and subsequent qualification in accordance with the OQ rule. Veriforce maintains all records associated with a qualification granted through the Veriforce process in accordance with the OQ rule and provides real-time web-based reporting to the pipeline operators it serves.

Veriforce is responsible for communicating the operator’s requirements to their contractors as well as subsequent changes to general requirements, covered tasks, and associated evaluation criteria. Given this direct interaction with the contractor community, Veriforce is in a unique position to communicate back to operators those issues/challenges encountered in implementing their respective OQ programs and to assist in identifying, recommending and implementing program improvements.

Veriforce does not market any product or system of its own. Veriforce does not market services to pipeline contractors. Veriforce is singularly focused on representing its pipeline operator clients. That is its first and most important objective. Veriforce assists operators in implementing and administering their respective programs and assists them in ensuring and demonstrating compliance with the OQ rule.
